Five Hole Brewing Company SNIPER SUMMER IPA enters fermentation process!

On Sunday (5/22), we have mixed and brewed SNIPER SUMMER IPA and it has entered a 3-4 week fermentation process.  This IPA should have some moderately strong hoppy flavors while at the same time, light enough to enjoy on a hot summer day.  With brewing, waiting is the hardest part!  Cant wait to try this one.

Also, our LIGHT THE LAMP RED IPA seems to be getting a lot better with a bit of age.  Its been a good month since we released this batch, and the taste and finish are becoming smoother and more satisfying.  Stay tuned for more!
